Every now and then we receive reports of printing issues within ENERCALC SEL. These issues are almost always related to printer drivers needing to be updated. However, rare situations even the latest printer driver for your printer may still not resolve the issue. For those situations, the following procedure has proven successful.
1.Go to the HP site http://www8.hp.com/us/en/support-drivers.html.
2.Download and install the HP Universal Printer Drivers for Win7 (x64) “Post Script” or “PCL5”.
3.Try printing from ENERCALC SEL.
Many users have commented that prints from SEL worked perfectly after installing either of these drivers. In fact, some even noted that after trying these drivers, they were able to switch back to their previous printer driver and print successfully.
