I am having some difficulty with printing from ENERCALC SEL.  What can I do?

Every now and then we receive reports of printing issues within ENERCALC SEL.  These issues are almost always related to printer drivers needing to be updated.  However, rare situations even the latest printer driver for your printer may still not resolve the issue.  For those situations, the following procedure has proven successful.

1.Go to the HP site https://support.hp.com/ie-en/drivers/hp-universal-print-driver-series-for-windows/503548

2.Download and install either:

oHP Universal Print Driver for Windows PostScript (64-bit)

oHP Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL6 (64-bit)

3.Try printing from ENERCALC again.

Many users have commented that prints from SEL worked perfectly after installing either of these drivers.  In fact, some even noted that after trying these drivers, they were able to switch back to their previous printer driver and print successfully.

I am having some difficulty with printing from the cloud version using a Mac.  What can I do?

Steps to enable/disable "Open PDFs in Chrome" on latest Chrome for macOS:

1.Open Chrome.

2.Click the Chrome menu (three vertical dots in the upper right corner — not the one next to Apple).

3.Go to Settings.

4.In the left sidebar, click Privacy and security.

5.Click Site Settings.

6.Scroll down and click Additional content settings (you may need to expand it).

7.Click PDF documents.

8.Toggle the setting:

oOn: PDFs will download instead of opening in Chrome.

oOff: PDFs will open in Chrome.
