Why does ENERCALC disappear when I add a calculation to a Project File?

We have heard of one instance where the resolution was to adjust the GPU settings as follows:

•Open NVIDIA control panel

•Navigate to Manage 3d Settings

•Change the preferred GPU to High Performance NVIDIA processor

•Launch ENERCALC SEL

•Open a calculation

•Close out of ENERCALC SEL

•Changed the setting back to auto select.

Program disappears when I add a calculation
