On occasion users in countries outside the US experience issues when printing reports. For example, some printed headings may be jumbled, misaligned, or may obscure other parts of the printed report.

This may be due to the language setting in Windows. To address it:

1.Download the English (United States) language pack:

oGo to your computer's settings.

oNavigate to Time & Language or Language & Region.

oFind the option to download English (United States) as a language pack.

2.Change the Regional Format:

oIn the same settings menu, go to Language & Region.

oLook for the option to change the Regional Format and set it to English (United States).

3.Keep everything else in your native language:

oYour computer's system language will remain in your native language, and your keyboard layout will not change.

4.Launch Enercalc:

oOnce you’ve made the changes, Enercalc will recognize the new language setting and adjust its graphical interface to English.

This ensures that ENERCALC SEL switches to English while your system remains in your native language.
